ABOUT SONOMA FAMILY MEAL: On Oct. 8, 2017, our world changed forever. Thousands lost their homes, thousands were displaced, and normalcy would never return for some. Sonoma Family Meal was born of that tragedy, and has served more than 800,000 meals since then. We've supported restaurants and our community through more fires, a pandemic and other emergencies.

Now, we've expanded that mission to include a culinary training program for students facing challenges to employment. Sonoma Family Meal teaches more than just kitchen skills, we're helping promising individuals reach their dreams, placing them in Michelin-noted restaurants like SingleThread, Spinster Sisters and many others.
